Beyond the situation generated by the COVID 19 health crisis, there is a valuable tool for securing legal acts, as explained by the CNB ((www.cnb.avocat.fr/fr/lacte-davocat-mode-demploi): this is the Lawyer's Act or Act countersigned by Lawyer resulting from "Law No. 2011-331 of March 28, 2011 on the modernization of the judicial or legal professions and certain regulated professions"

The electronic Lawyer's Act has the same evidentiary force which is superior to a simple private deed: it is authentic until proven false. (Article 66-3-1 of 66-3-1 of Law No. 2011-331 of March 28, 2011, Article 1374 of the Civil Code)
